What to expect
Before your visit- After you request the service you are looking for, you will receive a confirmation of the appointment in your email. Then be on the lookout for the welcome email you will receive within 24 business hours. It will contain all of the goods to know. (Where I'm located, how to prepare, and so much more) There is also a form in that email that I would love for you to fill out. Just to make sure I have your correct information and you are also aware of the salon policies.
During your visit - Once you arrive at the salon, you can either come into my suite or if I still have a client there is a bench just outside of my suite you can wait on. I will have drinks, snacks, chargers, wifi, and books or magazines for you. If it's chilly in the suite, don't hesitate to let me know, I have a little space heater to keep you comfortable. I don't double book, which means it will be a quiet, relaxing space for you.
After your visit - I hope you will go home and absolutely love your hair, but I understand if anything feels off, you just let me know within 7 days of your visit and I would love to have you come back in to make any adjustments. Also, if you have any questions that come up after you leave on how we styled or what I used on your hair, I would love for you to reach out and ask. I can make you a personal video with any demonstrations and I even have a shop page if there is a product or tool you need and can't make it back in right away.
