Below you’ll find three simple ways to begin your journey. Whether you’re here for a Hair Loss & Scalp Evaluation, looking to book a Color Service, or just want to get to know me as your potential Hairstylist & Trichologist, the choice is yours.
What to expect after
you book your appointment
Every service is unique, so your “before, during, and after” may look a little different depending on whether you’ve booked a Hair Loss & Scalp Evaluation or a Color Service. Below is a general overview of what you can expect.
Before Your Visit
Once you request your service, you’ll receive an appointment confirmation by email. Within 24 business hours, you’ll also get the first welcome email (part one of a four-part series) filled with everything you need to know: like where I’m located, how to prepare, and other helpful details.

Inside that email, you’ll also find a short form. This gives me your correct information, outlines your goals, and helps me prepare in advance, so your appointment is personalized and stress-free.
During Your Visit
When you arrive at the salon, you can head straight into my suite. If I’m still finishing with another client, there’s a cozy bench just outside where you can relax until I’m ready for you.

Inside, you’ll find a welcoming, quiet space that’s never double-booked—so the focus is entirely on you. I’ll have drinks, snacks, chargers, Wi-Fi, and reading material available. If the suite feels a little chilly, just let me know, I have a space heater to keep you comfortable.
After Your Visit
My hope is that you leave feeling confident and absolutely in love with your hair. But if anything feels off, please let me know within 7 days, I’ll be happy to have you back in for any adjustments.

If questions come up once you’re home, whether it’s about the products I used or how we styled your hair, I please don't hesitate to reach out. I can even create a personal video with styling demonstrations just for you.
